HORSTDECO SHIPPING POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed with HorstDeco, part of Cleaning Wizard, at https://horstdeco.nl.

1. Shipping costs

Orders with a product value of €75 or more are delivered free of charge. For orders under €75, applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is finalised. Costs may depend on the delivery address, size and weight. Additional costs for special delivery, express delivery or an extra service requested by the customer are clearly stated in advance.

2. Delivery area

Checkout checks whether delivery to the address is possible. Only countries, regions and postcodes selectable at checkout are within HorstDeco’s current delivery area. If delivery unexpectedly proves impossible, we contact the customer as soon as possible. The customer can choose an available solution or cancellation without charge.

3. Delivery time

Usual delivery is 1–3 working days after payment is received. If a product has a different delivery time, the product page or order confirmation applies. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays are processed from the next working day. Times are estimates unless a fixed date is expressly agreed. We inform customers as soon as possible of unexpected delays. Statutory consumer rights for late delivery remain fully applicable.

4. Shipping and tracking

Once dispatched, the customer receives a shipping confirmation and tracking link by email if available. Carrier tracking may take time to update. Orders can contain several parcels delivered separately with multiple confirmations.

5. Large products

For large or heavy products, including certain garden swings and hanging models, we may use parcel delivery, pallet transport or a specialist carrier. The method is stated with the product, at checkout or when arranging delivery. Unless expressly agreed, delivery does not include assembly, installation or positioning in the home or garden. Customers must ensure access and sufficient space through doors, corridors, stairs, lifts and other passages. Someone must be present for agreed delivery appointments. Reasonable redelivery costs caused by absence or inaccessibility may be charged after advance notification.

6. Correct delivery address

Customers must provide a complete, correct address. Report mistakes promptly to info@horstdeco.nl. Before dispatch we will try to amend the address. Changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be charged.

7. Receipt and delivery damage

Check your order as soon as possible on receipt. If packaging is visibly damaged, preferably take clear photos of packaging and label before opening. Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete products promptly to info@horstdeco.nl with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Prompt reporting helps carrier handling but does not limit statutory rights. Keep damaged packaging until HorstDeco says it is no longer needed.

8. Orders not received

If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, first check with household members, immediate neighbours and any agreed safe place. Then contact info@horstdeco.nl promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. Collect parcels at collection points within the carrier’s deadline. If uncollected and returned, we contact the customer about resending or refunding. Reasonable reshipping costs may be charged if failure to collect is attributable to the customer.

9. Transport risk

For consumer orders, HorstDeco remains responsible until the consumer or their nominated third party, other than the carrier, receives the product. This does not apply where the consumer chooses a carrier not offered by HorstDeco; statutory rules then apply.
