Withdrawing from your purchase

For online purchases, consumers usually have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after delivery. Tell us within this period if you wish to withdraw, for example by emailing info@horstdeco.nl. Include your name and order number or other details identifying your order. You do not have to give a reason.

Returning the product

After notifying us of withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. Handling beyond this may result in diminished value. Package it carefully and keep proof of posting.

Return address and costs

The return address is Wadenoijenlaan 397, 4006 AH Tiel, Nederland. HorstDeco pays the direct cost of returning goods after withdrawal unless a different lawful arrangement was agreed before purchase. For large garden furniture, contact us to discuss practical return arrangements. This is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may wait until we receive the product or proof of its return. If you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund standard outbound shipping costs. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

A faulty or incorrect product?

Your statutory rights apply. Contact us; you will not pay necessary costs for remedying a defect.
